Cancelation Policy

Your session times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or missed without giving notice, are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 (deposits paid when booking are non-refundable). We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy in order to maintain good relationships with all. Majority of services require a deposit or gift certificate when booking. Upon completion of session or services, guests may choose their method of payment for the remaining balance due (cash, credit or debit card, PayPal, etc.)
